The package is released under the MIT license. The vendored ThumbHash C# port is credited to Glitched Polygons GmbH, while Evan Wallace is credited separately for the original algorithm and project. The complete upstream MIT notice, reviewed pull request, and pinned source commit are retained in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md.

The package also uses blurhash.net, ImageSharp, and the official JavaScript implementations of BlurHash and ThumbHash. Their licenses remain governed by their respective upstream projects and distributed dependencies.
